Weigh yourself before your workout then drink 16oz (1lb) of water during your workout then weigh yourself after and see how much weight you lost ,add 1lb to that amount and that will give you an idea of how much water to drink during your workout.
ex: weight before workout :160lbs
weight after workout :159
that’s 1lb water loss but you also drank 1lb of water in your workout so you lost a total of 2lbs water.
some more water tips:
Don’t wait until your workout to drink water,stay hydrated throughout the day ,at least 2litres if your athletic.
Tf you workout early in the morning,drink a glass of water as soon as you get up.
Take small sips during your workout,dont wait until your very thirsty and to drink a lot of water in one shot.
You know you’r a fghter when you can look at someone else and just by their body language you can tell if they train in combat sports/martial arts.
If you think your being followed,look right in the person’s eyes,these people hate to feel that they’ve been spotted,at the same time,take a quick mental note of their description,if something happens,make noise,scream whatever,they like easy targets,alot of noise makes them uncomfortable.
